How do you determine the sine of a square root?

I need the formula for the sine of a square root.

There is no formula for the sin of a square root. Remember that the rules of precedence say you should always evaluate the things inside the parentheses first. So, First find the square root, and then take sin of the answer. I. e. sin(square root of 9) = sin(three). Usually, you'll have to use a calculator.
