Saltine crackers are very easy to digest. They don't contain any medicine. In addition, they can absorb stomach acid, making them easier to keep down. Another good feature is that they are relatively small, and can be eaten slowly, and so limit the burden on the stomach.

If you are suffering with nausea, you might want to try eating saltine crackers. Saltines have a high starch content and they will help to absorb the acid in your stomach and that will make the queasy feeling go away.
