I have found the best way is to put tooth paste directly on the pimple. Let it sit and dry onto it for a couple hours. Will dry it right up no problem. If you have the time do it overnight as well. the longer the better I'd say.

The best way to get rid of a pimple quickly is to apply some acne cream to the area as soon as you notice the pimple. It is best if you let the cream set on the area rather than rubbing the cream as if it were sunblock or any other type of lotion.

You could try to crush one or two uncoated aspirin tablets and letting the powder dissolve into a few drops of water (or visine eye drops for removing the redness), once you have a sort of paste, put some on the pimple, let it dry for about one to two minutes, then wash it off. Repeat as desired.

If a pimple has already come to a head, white or black, your best bet is to pop it. Once popped you need to dry it out with a mild alcoholic toner. If the pimple hasn't come to a head you should put some cut cream on it to make the infection come to a head then pop it.
