No, a blood test is not required to obtain a marriage license in Minnesota. It was required in the past to screen out problems of hereditary blood disease.

Minnesota does not require that a couple have a blood test performed in order to get married. A blood test is only required in Washington D.C., Georgia, Indiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, and Oklahoma.
