Scrub the concrete floor with the scrub brush and trisodium phosphate.Repair the floor accordingly.Survey the floor for uneven areas.Plan the layout of your tile, starting in the center.Use the trowel to spread the mortar.Press the tiles into the mortar.Allow the mortar to dry. Use the grout float to liberally spread the grout over the tiles.

Ceremic tiles can be placed on concrete if the job is done using the proper type of adhesive material. This type of field is not my expertise but I am assuming that it is possible in real life.
