I would like to put tile over my concrete and have no idea how to do it.

It is pretty easy. First make sure your concrete is level. If it isn't, you might have to level it. Then use thinset.

If your concrete is intact, find the center of your room and layout the tile so you know where are the cuts. Use an adhesive made just for cement. Tile.

Buy extra adhesive, and put down a skim coat to smooth the concrete. When that dries, trowel out the adhesive for the tile as you normally would.
