Any printer must first be checked to be on. It must be connected to the computer (via USB), and installed properly.

brother whats the problem in the printer ? you didn't tell the acutall problem and if your printer won't print then first check its toner and also clean its inside fazes then check it with a different software

First cheek your printer connection and the printer ready normally, if not cheek the power cable and printer data cable. If the connection ok then cheek cartridge and ink levels.

probably, but you didn't provide enough details. troubleshooting printers is extremely difficult. you may want to do an internet search to try and find the answer, or contact canon customer support

You can go to the Canon Website and download a troubleshooting manuel. Once you do this read through it and it will help you solve your issue.

Go to the canon website, search for their downloads and search the model of your printer. Having done that install and all will be well.
