Yes they are! I have a friend who has a Doberman Pinschers and he is very mean and barks all the time. Only his owner can play with him and the people are very scared of the dog. The dog has a moth and I should stay away from this kind of dog.

Doberman Pinschers can be the nicest dogs in the world. They are very good watch dogs and can be mean if trained to be that way.
