The allergies themselves won't cause wrinkles, but constant rubbing will. The skin around your eyes is very thin and sensitive. Try not to rub your eyes - use eyedrops to soothe the itching instead, and moisturise around your eyes with a proper eye cream to help smooth out existing wrinkles.

The allergic reaction will make areas under your eyes appear puffy but not necessarily give one a wrinkle. This significant result is due to the fact that allergies are triggered by an immune system reaction to allergens which can cause an inflammation underneath your eyes. Such allergic reaction may be reversed with the right medication administered by your physician.

Yes, it is possible, allergy is provoked by your immune system and an irritation of the eye and the surrounding area will occur, which explains the wrinkles.

The rubbing of eyes due to the allergy will cause wrinkle under the eyes as the skin under the eyes is very thin and sensitive, instead of rubbing the eyes eyedrops or ice should be used.

The skin around our eye is very sensitive. So if you have an eye allergy, please don't rub your eyes. It may cause wrinkles under your eyes. Try to use eye drops and apply some cream under the eyes. The cream must be the one which is prescribed by an eye specialist.
