a felony should show up on a background check unless the person in a minor or the person had it expunged off there records or they are sealed in any any that the only way it will not show up

In nearly all cases if you have a felony on your record any legitimate background check will display the legan problem you had.

If your name is submitted for a background check, and you have been convicted of a felony, your name turn up in the check.
