They probably just have a cold, because at this age, it's very common. I wouldn't worry, although you could see your family doctor.

Your two year old can be congested for several reasons. Your two year old can be getting sick, teething or allergic to something in his environment. You should carefully evaluate the situation.

Congestion is usually associated with some other form of illness such as a cold, or perhaps the flu. Also dripping sinuses can cause a stuffed nose.

He is probably getting a cold or possibly bronchitis. If your child is getting congested make sure that you get him to blow his nose so that he can breathe properly. Then you need to take him to his pediatrician to get him on some kind of medicine. This will make the cold go away faster.
