Why are the warning lights always on in my 1993 Maxima?

I've taken it in for service, but the lights keep coming back on.

The problem may be related to the battery, not the car itself. Regardless, you can take your car to Autozone and have the codes read for free. This should help you narror down why this is occuring.

if the light never goes away then the codes may need clearing. Otherwise the problem still exists. Try having it service at a different shop.

This is most likelya code being thrown for an O2 "Oxygen" sensor. If your catalytic converter is clogged, or you're EGR valve is misfunctioning, it will continue to throw the code.

It could be an electrical problem, or I had a faulty door sensor that caused several of my interior lights and dashboard lights to shine.
