Who makes the best waffle maker?

I prefer the VillaWare brand. The waffles always brown, the unit is compact, and it also makes for an easy cleanup. The unit has proved to be very durable although the settings print has worn off mine a little.

According to Good Housekeeping the best waffle iron is the KitchenAid Pro. Others that rated very good are VillaWare UNO Classic Round Waffler, Presto 03510 Flipside, Belgian Waffle Maker and the Black and Decker G48TD Grill and Waffle Baker. They range in price from $45 to $200.

I think Sunbeam makes one of the best waffle makes around! I got ours and Lowes and it was really cheap, we love it!

Who knows? Everyone has an opinion. Try and find one with a warranty and one that makes many different types of waffles.

The Villaware UNO Classic Round Waffler has some great reviews for a waffle maker. Its only downside is you can only make one waffle at a time.
