The companies that make the best contemporary televisions is samsung, sony, lg, panosanic, and hp. This is because they are reasonably priced and are very easy for an average homeowner to operate.

I know that you are referring to look as opposed to function but truthfully, all of the modern flat screen televisions look exactly alike.

I myself have experience with modern toshiba televisions. I find that for the price they offer high quality and well designed machines. LG makes excellent TVs as well.

I am a big fan of Samsung and believes this to be a nice, sleek, contemporary televsion model. Others i feel also include Panasonic, which makes a nice, crisp picture and look, and sony as well.
