For the best breadmakers you will need to find ones with large baking containers. Stay away from plastic parts in any and all models as they will tend to break down faster and even bend when making really heavy breads. When you are making yeast bread the large container will let the bread rise correctly.

I love fresh bread and used to bake my own bread form scratch years ago, but I use the oster Breadmachine and love it it is so easy to use I just put the ingredients in and turn it on and several hours later I have fresh bread, I am not familiar with the Zojirushi but it is probably ok.
