Where is Fat Tire Amber Ale brewed?

I think it's a Belgium beer but it might be brewed elsewhere. I'm confused.

Fat Tire Amber Ale is Belgium-type beer that is actually brewing in the United States. It was inspired by a trip to Belgium and the kinds of beer that are produced in that country. It is brewed at New Belgium Brewery in Ft. Collins, Colorado.

That particular beer is brewed by a company called New Belgium Brewing Company. This company is actually located in Fort Collins Colorado. That beer was created as a result of the companies founder biking through Belgium.
