Your best bet will be online searching. There are a ton of online sites that sell secret cameras and microphones. I'd rather go through an actual site compared to an auction site like eBay. I cannot include links in this response unfortunately.

You can get spy equipment at any retail store, if you are looking for some "pretend" spy equipment geared for children. Oftentimes, you can find them at Target and Kohl's. If you are lucky, they will be on clearance, especially after Christmas. Play spy equipment is fairly easy to find.
