Try a local electronics shop/TV repair shop. Look in the yellow pages or search on google for electronics repair and you should find someone suitable.

You have to send it back to the sony company. Or if there is a computer tech in you town, he may be able to help. If its a ps1, theres no way to send to sony. Its too old.
