You can strap it up to the ball in the back, you will have to look for it but it is advisable not to do so.

I would advise against using a tow rope to pull anything with your van. If you are towing the vehicle the should be to hooks somewhere on the front engine. Usually tow companies just strap down the whole front suspension.

see if you can get to the front crossmember in between th two fron tires somewhere, that would be the safest, you can also look and see if there is a tow hook or eyelet just under the front bumper just dont try and strap it to anything.

To strap a tow rope on your Dodge Caravan you will need to first locate your ball. Once you locate the ball in the back you can hook it up there.
