Builders supply (Home Depot, Lowe's) carry full and half sheets of Plexiglas: you have to cut to fit yourself. If you want pre-cut pieces, you'll have to contact the manufacturer.
Most home supply stores, such as Home Depot and Lowe's will have sheets of plexi glass. They can be cut down to fit your cabinet doors as a do-it-yourself project.
