You can search online for catalogs and companies that offer parts for your year and make truck. Go to any search engine and type year make and model with the word parts and you will be set.

You would be amazed at what your local parts stores (CarQuest, Napa) can scrounge up. Most junk yards will not have old cars since they usually hold a vehicle for a few months and then crush it for scrap. You might find car clubs that specialize in old Fords, also.
