I would google "Justin Timberlake" and find his official homepage. Artist's official homepages usually have a section on their site where they list tour dates and links to buy tickets. If you can not find what you are looking for there, try looking at sites like ticketmaster or livenation. You can find out where he is playing and buy tickets.

Well, usually artists will post their concert information on their myspace pages, twitter, facebook, their official website, etc. Though you can also contact your local box office and ask if there are any scheduled events for Justin Timberlake. Though make sure you book them as quickly as you can because he can sell out quick.
