Try looking at a package deal on the major travel sites. The cruise companies also have great deals around this time of year. If you can avoid the major school vacations weeks like winter and spring break you can probably score a pretty good deal. The key is being flexible so you can save money.

Do a mass search on a search engine and check out last minutes deals as well as look for deals that include all food and beverages.
