It depends on how much you class as inexpensive. Search on eBay for hits. There are lots of costume sites with them available. The best I found was £24. If it is for a one off costume you could then put it on eBay afterwards to get some money back.

Depending on what you are doing, you can always rent from a costume store. Also, thrift stores can offer alot of great items for really cheap. There is also ebay, and other auction sites that may be useful in finding a suit that you want at a lower price than a normal suit would cost.

Since you want something inexpensive, and it's only for a costume, I would recommend buying something at a thrift or vintage store. There are frequently bargains, especially on strange colored stuff, like a green suit. Most cities should have a good thrift store or even a consignment store that offers clothing.

The best place to find an inexpensive suit would be a store that carries secondhand clothing. For example, your local salvation army or goodwill, the prices will be reasonable
