You should be able to find the information at a library if you are just interested in the basics. For more specific information, I would suggest going to a large bookstore. You may also be able to find some of the information by going online and searching some internet sites.

You should check the course listings at your local community college. The classes there are usually affordable and may be just what you need.

The best place to start is with your local library. They often have tutorial classes for beginners in computers. Senior citizens centers also have beginners classes. Most people find the easiest way to learn computers is simply buy one and mess around with it. They can be easy to learn.

It depends on the level of knowledge that you seek. In many cases, there are a lot of really good tutorials that you can find for free online. Just search for "computer tutorials" in a search engine such as Google. Some of them may even have videos to help you understand better.

It all depends on the type of tutorials you're looking for. I find that there a great number of forums with good information. Additionally, it helps to check out books at the library, sometimes they have websites listed where you can find more great information.

Most local libraries offer good computer advice for the basic computer user. If, however, you need specific information a good place to start with your queries is google or yahoo answers. Chances are someone else has asked the same questions you have.

You can watch Youtube and search for different items related to computers. Just type in a specific computer item and you will find several helpful results.

Usually the Internet is the best place to start when it comes to computer tutorials (any kind of free or paid tutorials actually). If you want to learn about computers and then try the Internet there should be books available. The "For Dummies" series always helps me out.

I do not know of any place offering all the possible kinds of tutorials regarding computers. Narrow down the subject significantly, do a search and find something that fits your needs. There is also a lot of books like the '...for dummies' series to get you to learn some basics.
