There are tons of ways to cure ugly, make up or even surgery, however there is no cure for your lack of basic human intelligence, so I will choose to be ugly or stupid any day.

A good response requires analyzing who made the statement. If it's a joke, fine. If it's a child, discuss manners with them. If it's an ignorant insult, ignore the person.
