If they are married, and have seen each other since the marriage, she is actually a citizen. Some paperwork to verify this must be completed through the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service; you can do this at any consulate or INS office in the United States.

Is your German wife currently in the US? If so, you may file a USCIS Form I-130 to begin the petition process. If your German wife is not in the US, then you must seek a non-immigrant so she can enter the country.
