Make it bright and shiny and lots of fun. Place a graduation cap in the center of the table surrounded with colorful confetti.

First I would pick the colors of the school. Then I would make a graduation hat. Get a fake diploma, silk flowers and attach to a styrofoam board. Top with balloons, and sparkles. If there are any empty spaces you can fill them in with flowers, or small colored balls.
