Small, unimportant words like "and", "or", etc. tend not to be capitalized in titles of books, movies, etc. These words don't really contribute to the meaning of the title, but instead are conjunctions.
The words that are not capitalized in a title are articles, prepositions of four letter or fewer, conjunctions of four letters or fewer, and the particle 'to' (unless any of these are the first or last word in the title. )
