It was Princess Tiger Lily, who was Captain Hook kidnapped Princess Tiger Lily and Peter had to rescue her. In the musical, movie and animated feature, Peter and Princess Tiger Lily sing "Ugg-a-Wugg/The Pow Wow Polka. " The portrayal of the Indians continues to cause an uproar among those who oppose the stereotypical representation.

Tiger Lily was the name of the Indian Princess in Peter Pan. In the 2003 movie version of Peter Pan, the role of Tiger Lily was played by actress Carsen Gray, who happens to be able to speak the language of the Iroquois Indians. In the 2003 movie Neverland, Tiger Lily was played by Ray Garcia.
