As with pregnant humans, be prepared for mood swings. Keep food and water dishes full, but don't force eating or drinking. Purchase a nestbox and pad it with grass or hay. During birthing, call a vet if the mother rabbit starts screaming or if a baby bunny gets stuck.

The best thing to do for a pregnant bunny is to give it a comfortable to place to live, an unlimited amount of fresh water and access to more food them normal. While pregnant the bunny will need more food and a varied nutritious diet.

The first thing you want to do with a pregnant bunny is remove the male bunny from the holding area. Keep the cage a lot cleaner then normal and feed the female more often, it has 3-5 babies in her that need to eat also. Try not to touch them bunny or babies after birth the mom won't like it.

Provide your bunny with a little box so that she will feel she has a safe place to burrow and have her babies. Provide extra food and water, different fruits but not too much fruit because you don't want diarrhea to result. I know someone that gave their pregnant bunny about 1/2 cup per day of orange or grape juice!

Make sure your pregnant rabbit has all she wants to eat and water to drink. Ger her a wooden box to nest in and provide hay for her to use. She should not need any help giving birth, so just let her be and let it happen naturally.

You should take your rabbit to the vet. But, in the mean time make sure she is separated from the male, has all the nutrients and water that she needs.
