Most beauticians recommend White Rain because it has gentle ingrediants in it that is supposed to help your perm stay.

Any shampoo that will help to repair damaged hair is good for color treated hair or permed hair. Chemical takes it's tole and you always want to use a reconditioning shampoo to help restore the ph of the hair.
