you would have to be a licensed real estate agent or license broker, with some college and experience in the field to be take care of all that property . in some places less qualifications would be considered but that would be on a who you know basis, and some experiences.

When looking for a property manager, you should look for a licensed real estate agent. A licensed agent would know the rental laws and be able to provide better service.
