What is your favorite Grimm fairy tales?

I am fond of "Hansel and Gretel", and "Little Red Riding Hood". My favorite is "Snow White" because it was the first Disney film I ever saw. I was fascinated by the evil stepmother who used the ominous talking mirror to betray Snow White.

My favorite fairy tale is Rapunzel. It's a sweet story about true love and using your resources to get out of a tough spot.

I think if I had to pick one as my favorite, it would be The Seven Swans. I like the girl not being able to speak for years to save her brothers and sewing the shirts and saving them and breaking the curse that turned them into swans.

Little Red Riding Hood is one of my favorite of the Grimm's fairy tales. Interestingly enough, the tales were altered so that they were made appropriate for children.
