The treatment of tinnitus depends on its cause. If it's the side effect of a medication, you discontinue use. If it is viral, it will resolve on its own.

As an Audiologist I can say that there's no miraculous treatment for tinnitus. First of all a doctor needs to find the cause of tinnitus and depending on that procedures will be taken or not. Remember that tinnitus isn't a disease but a symptom that depending on the cause (peripheral or in the ear) could be relieved with some solutions.

Mask with low music or other sounds like a ticking clock. Learn to relax. Don' drink caffine, alcohol or smoke. Get enough sleep ever night.

usually it is a magniesum defiency or it is that you are low in vitiams b and vitiams c . Try taking some supplements and have some reflexology on your ears
