Arthrodesis is fusion of spinal bones at any level and this can only be treated with a surgical procedure. An orhto surgeon can cler out your problem. After surgery of this condition physiotherapy treatment must me continued. Physiotherapy exercises like strengthening, stretching etc.. can be done, for pain therapeutic tretment like IFT, TENS can be given.
