If condition is "mild", no treatment may be taken, or balloon angioplasty may be used- however this is often a stop-gap solution until such time that surgery will be required. When it becomes necessary you will have resection, or bypass surgery- there are different surgical solutions that will be discussed, based on your particular situation.

Usually, doctors will either clear the blockage or replace the valve, each of which required extensive surgery and lengthy recovery.
