In general, it's cheaper to size down than up. If you are only going up or down within 2 sizes, then ideally it should be in the $20-30 range.

If you get it done when you purchase the ring the jeweller should do it for free. Otherwise it is about $25 to $50 to resize a ring.

We can expect at least 10$ for re-sizing a ring. It is better to take advice from professionals, because some rings may loss it's beauty while re-sizing.

if you are resizing at time of purchase than it would be free otherwise it must cost 20$-25$ from market

The cost can vary, depending upon the amount of sizing, the metal of the ring, and whether or not the resizer sold the ring in the first place.
