Florida presently does not have a tax on estates. The constitution of the state of Florida actually prohibits such a tax at the state level.

They don't have one. They used to have an estate tax which was repealed in 2008 when the Federal Government refused to allow it to be deducted from a person's Federal Income Tax. The federal government, however, still has a Federal Estate Tax.
