Go to the back of your house since that is the part normally not facing the sun. That is usually an accurate temperature indicator.

I have a program called weatherbug on my desktop. All I have to do is turn my computer on and there is what my weather is right on my desktop. It's in a box on the right hand side of my screen and give me the temperature and the conditions as well as the high and low for the day.

If you have easy access to a computer, check any of the leading weather sites or your favorite local news station. Google can also send a forecast through text message.

Open your door, walk through and sense the temperature with your body. Look to the sky for clouds and other clues.
