Make it a simple what, where, when, why. Add specific times and contact info of the organizer(s). State assignments for what to bring (e.g. A-D Desserts; E-L Vegetable Dish, etc.)
Well i would defiantly word it in the third person well i think taht would moost likely be the easiest. Or you could word it from the perspective of the president
