The best way to kill crabgrass in this type of lawn is to apply a chemical called Drive. Be sure to read and follow the lable instructions for application to your lawn. You will also need a good pump sprayer for this process. After killing the crabgrass with Drive, add a pre-emergent fertilizer to your lawn to stop regrowth.

Well I recommend using some sulfur. If you don't use that, you can also use any alcohol based solution to help.

Go to your local garden store tell them your problem and tell them what your lawn is and what you want to do. They will be able to tell you exactly how to do it without harming your lawn or anything else so you can get rid of the problem.
