I went to an interview once and the interviewer asked me this question. "What do you have trouble being honest about?" It was somewhat difficult to answer due to the fact that you don't want them to think you lie about petty things, but yet you want them to think you do not lie a lot. Very intersting.

The interview questions that I think are the best are the ones that give you pause - that make you stop and think for a moment before answering. One of the best was this: Which group has the most favorable opinion of you? Your bosses, your peers or your subordinates? Why?

I was once asked in an interview the following question: If you didn't have to work another day in your life, what would you do with your time? That question really caught me off guard and is certainly the best answer that I have ever been asked in an interview.

This was for a day care job, "What would you do if a child threw up all over you?" You had to decide who comes first child or adult.
