Levothyroxine and loratadine are not interacted when taking together. Levothyroxine is a synthetically prepared isomer of thyroxine which secreted by thyroid gland. Its main indication is for hypothyroidism due to diminished or absent thyroid function in the patient. Loratadine is a non-drowsy medication for seasonal allergic rhinitis. They are not interacted when taking concurrently.

Dosing and condition must be considered when asking about combining medications. Talk to your pharmacist or your physician for the most accurate advice that considers all the variables.

According to reviews and info I have read, it appears that levothyroxine can be taken with loratadine and not affect either medication. One side effect of taking both can be nausea which was reported in a small percentage of patients. It is also recommended to take one several hours later after the other.

Levothyroxine has no drug interactions with loratadine. This means that levothyroxine is compatible with loratadine as there are no documented drug interactions.
