Thrush will be on your tongue, and inside the mouth and will have a whitish color. You will need to see a doctor, but start eating yogurt until you can get in, that may help.

Thrush in the mouth yields a red and inflamed inside of the mouth with white spots. It is most common in babies, but can be spread by nursing mothers who are infected. For nursing mothers, it causes red and tender breasts. This is a yeast infection. See your doctor for effective treatment.
