Organizational Structure used a common goal with tasks (or business processes) divided and subdivided down the organizational tree.. It allows for rapid and targeted actions by specialists.

I think that the organizational behavior concept that Microsoft and many major corporations utilize are to enhance business by way of proven theories and practices. Identifying what needs to be learned, training and how to ensure employees understand core competentcies required to perform the job. I think it is great!
