This is a serious issue and needs to be seen immediately by a doctor as serious conditions like brain tumors, optic nerve diseases and retinal diseases can cause this symptom.

Allergy may lead to increase lacrimation (tearing), tear layer which is formed will cause deflection of the light and this lead to blurry vision .

Staring at a computer screen for too long can cause blurry vision at times. This has happened to me in the past.

You might have the start of glaucoma you need your eyes checked immediately if you do have glaucoma you may not be charged for the eye exam.
