What causes severe menstrual cramps and bright red bleeding?

its because of stress and the way we live our lifestyle. the first three days their is bleeding which is bright red in colour but thats very normal,it is actually the dirty blood which just flushes out of our body. menstrual cramps may be because of lack of exercise,regular exercise may help reduce the cramps.
