If you are referring to plaque build up below the gum line, that is simple. Simple brushing alone or even using mouthwash is not enough, you must floss.

Plaque is bacteria poop that sticks to your teeth. Brushing and flossing twice a day will remove the plaque build up.

Plaque is the build up of small food particles that are not cleansed away. To get rid of it you need to brush aggressively and floss daily. Using a water pick is also a good idea. Gargling with a mouthwash that kills germs ( Listermint ) is also recommended daily.

Not brushing and flossing often enough can result in plaque below the gum line. Do whatever your dentist recommends to remove it, then start brushing, flossing, and using a waterpik.

Dental plaque develops naturally under our teeth as a sort of a biofilm, by colonizing bacteria trying to attach itself to a smooth surface (of a tooth).

It is very hard to clean and floss all tooth surfaces. As a result you have plaque build up. Sometimes rinsing more, along with other dental care, will help minimize this.

Plack is a build up of not brushing and cleaning your teeth regulary. I would invest in a water pick and use after every meal. This cleans the food out.

Plaque buildup under the gumline of the teeth may be a result of poor brushing or lack of good flossing technique. If you are sure that you are brushing and flossing regularly and properly, consider buying a water pick to help flush out the area under your gumline and increase plaque removal.

plaque and tarter is in your teeth, but only if you dont brush your teeth everyday and you dont floss before brushing. there is a mouthwash that is called anti-plaque and it helps it soften the buildup and comes off when brushing.
