The two don't have any well-documented interactions. It has been shown, though, that a hypothyroid state can increase the fluid retention in collagen in a person's body, and theoretically administering synthroid can help reduce those symptoms. However, such an effect may not occur or may take time to happen. Else, none have been well documented.

Synthroid is a medication for thyroid hormone replacement. Collagen occurs naturally in the body to allow scar formation. They are two separate functions. There are no occurances of synthroid and collagen having an interaction.

Synthroid is not known to interact with collagen. Synthroid is thyroid hormone replacement and has nothing do do with collagen deposition which deals with scar formation otherwise called fibrosis. Synthroid helps regulate your metabolic rate and other homeostatic functions of the body and does not interact with collagen which facilitates scar formation.

Collagen is taken in cream or injection form to create a youthful look and smooth our wrinkles. Synthroid is artificial thyroid hormone for hypothyroidism. There is no information on potential interactions between the two.
